DELIVERY & PAYMENT

Shipping & Handling

Orders will usually be processed and shipped within 1-2 days after payment is received, unless indicated otherwise. For the shipment of your parcels we work with POSTNL, DHL, UPS or DPD. All parcels will be shipped registered (via track & trace) so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. You will receive your track and trace link by e-mail as soon as your parcel has left our warehouse. Be advised: this track and trace system is not available for some shipping countries. 

Shipping costs

The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: Shipping costs are €5
Orders above €75,- are free of shipping charge.

Rest of Europe EU and UK: Shipping costs €12
Orders above €150,- are free of shipping charge.

Rest of the world: Shipping costs are €29
Orders above €250,- are free of shipping charge.

Custom clearance and/or import/export duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility and on account for the customer.

Payment

We offer the following secure payment options: iDeal, Bancontact, Creditcard (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Belfius, Giropay and KLARNA (buy now pay later).

Orders will be shipped after payment is received. Please note this means when paid via bank transfer, it might take a few days before we receive the payment and ship the order.

All prices indicated on the webshop of The cult of tomorrow are in Euro’s and include Dutch VAT. We do not offer tax-free shopping for customers outside the EU.
