RETURN & EXCHANGE


Return

You can always return your order within 30 days after delivery. Returns are only accepted when the product packaging is undamaged, and the product is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with original labels attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender, minus the shipping costs for returning the items. 

When you like to exchange an item please return the item you want to change and buy a new one in the webshop. 

  • Return instructions WITHIN the Netherlands
    If you wish to return anything, please visit our Return Portal, enter your order number (including #) and postal code and you will receive a DHL shipping label by email. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you received from us, it starts with a #. The returns can only be handed in at a DHL service point and the shipping costs of €5,75 will be deducted from the refund. After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs as soon as possible and usually within 14 days after receiving the returns.    
  • Return instructions from OUTSIDE the Netherlands
    If you wish to return anything, please notify us via customercare@thecultoftomorrow.com and we will provide you with return instructions. The shipping costs for returned products are on account of you. After receiving and checking the returned goods we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible and usually within 14 days after receiving the returns.

 

Shipping costs returns

The shipping costs for returned products are on account of you. We offer ‘free shipping’ for purchases above a certain threshold (which varies per country). If the total order size is lower than the threshold after returning a part of your order, this discount on shipping costs will expire and the shipping costs due will be deducted from the refund. 

 

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color or style, please place a new order on our webshop. Please send back the item you do not want to keep, by following the instructions stated above.
